Terms and conditions
Article 1
When you make a reservation for a transfer of residence or to the airport and vice versa, the company or the individual, either telephoned Airpo Taxi Service, or request a service by e-mail. Each reservation shall be made preferably at the usual form which is available on our website under reservation. All bookings are confirmed by email by Airpo Taxi Service, after Airpo Taxi service provide the service in accordance with the terms of these terms and conditions. Deviating terms and conditions of the company, the individual or individuals provide can only be accepted if they are expressly accepted in writing by Airpo Taxi Service, before the start of implementation of the agreement. A copy of the application and / or the confirmation is issued to the customer.
Article 2
In order to properly implement our services every customer must provide all relevant information, as well as any relevant information requested by Airpo Taxi Service. Should at least provide the number and the pick up or address of arrival, provided your departure and / or arrival of the flight and a phone number where the transport of persons can be reached with any necessary changes are communicated by request.
Article 3
Customers are collected by Airpo Taxi Service at the address mentioned in the contract at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight. The exact time of the withdrawal is communicated to written confirmation by Airpo Taxi Service. If necessary due to unforeseen traffic jams, congestion, road works and / or weather conditions the people to transport to be contacted directly by Airpo Taxi Service to adjust the hours of collection.
Article 4
On collection at the airport to transport the people should always look for a sign with Airpo Taxi Service. Every customer has to inform Airpo Taxi Service, at least 2hours before the planned arrival, if they are not on the designated flight to Zaventem. Failing to promptly notify Airpo Taxi Service, the full price will be due, possibly plus the waiting time and the cost of the useless / futile displacement by Airpo Taxi Service.
Article 5
The agreement can be chanced or cancelled by the company, individual or transporting people change at any time, be dissolved or terminated by paying a lump sum of:
- More than eight days prior to departure / arrival: 20% of the price
- Less than eight days prior to departure / arrival, but for each start of the execution of the contract: 50% of the price
Any modification, dissolution or termination must be submitted in writing and in good time Airpo Taxi Service.
Article 6
Airpo Taxi service may, without compensation, terminate the contract in whole or in part where there would occur, before or during the execution of the contract, extraordinary circumstances which could not have known by Airpo Taxi Service at the conclusion of the contract and, if Airpo Taxi service this would had known, this would’ve been a valid reason not to conclude the agreement.
Article 7
Airpo Taxi Service in liability for the damages incurred by the person to transport due to total or partial non-or inadequate performance fen agreement majeure and unless Airpo Taxi Service shows to have any and all necessary precautions taken to make the transfer smooth proceed according to the Airpo Taxi service incumbent’s ability. The airline can be held liable in any way for deficiencies in respect of Airpo Taxi Service. All complaints about this should be addressed directly to Airpo Taxi Service. For all requirements about a delay and / or missing the flight due to force majeure, fault of a third party, own fault of the company, the individual or the person being transported Airpo Taxi Service can not be held liable.
Article 8
The customer transported shall be held liable for all damage Airpo Taxi Service incurs by their mistake.
Article 9
Airpo Taxi Service is insured under the provisions of the regent decree of June 15, 1947 concerning the transport of persons.
Article 10
All quotations are only binding one month, unless a different period is expressly agreed in writing, and are subject to revision when the prices of means of production would rise.
Article 11
Complaints about the services provided by Airpo Taxi Service are only acceptable and to consider if they are notified by registered mail within eight days after the execution. A complaint can not constitute a reason to suspend or defer the payment on.
Article 12
All invoices shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, be paid in cash or at least on the stated maturity date without discount, in case of non-payment or late payment of the invoice shall automatically and without prior notice, a delay interest of 1 % per month, as well as a fixed compensation of 12% with a minimum of 25 euros.
Article 13
Cases of force majeure release Airpo Taxi service from all responsibility. Force majeure is understood to include: abnormal weather conditions, unforeseen traffic jams, not announced road works, demonstrations, … This list is an example, but is not restrictive.
Article 14
In case of disputes, only the courts of the jurisdiction where the registered office of Airpo Taxi Service has jurisdiction.
Article 15
Latency: After 30 min wait get € 25 / hour excess when picking at the pick (not at the airport or station).
